Are you a structured and service-oriented purchaser who thrives in contact with suppliers? Then this might be the assignment for you!
For our client in Northwest Scania, we are now looking for a purchaser for a consulting assignment with immediate start, lasting approximately until the turn of the year.
In this role, you will work with daily operational purchasing and serve as a key link between the business and the suppliers. You will handle, among other things, requisitions, order placement, follow-up on order confirmations, and invoice matching. A large part of the work also involves ongoing dialogue with suppliers, so we are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and creating good collaborations.
We believe you have:
- Experience in operational purchasing or purchasing administration
- Good understanding of the purchasing process from requisition to invoice
- Experience working in ERP/business systems
- A structured approach and good administrative skills
- A communicative personality who thrives in contact with suppliers
This is not a senior role, but you need to feel confident in the basic purchasing processes and be able to work independently in the daily flow.
Start: Immediate Scope: Full-time Location: Northwest Scania Assignment Duration: Approximately until the turn of the year
